I couldnt even use it just wouldn’t work waste of money. Don’t get this.

The product needs significant work. I tried to return the tile but as it was a gift, I could not.

Needs a lot of work
While the concept is good, the actual connectivity is poor. The app and device are sketchy and work sporadically. It seems as though the location tracker is only tracking the phone the app is installed on. The Bluetooth radar to find the missing device tag does not respond. The camera turns on to shoot the phone location only. I don’t recommend purchasing this product, waste of money.

Не, может конечно я чего-то не понял/не допрочитал, но устройство работает крайне плохо. Как только выходишь из приложения - оно отсоединяется. Может сработать antiloss. Батарейка садится тоже вроде очень быстро. На Ali Express поставил хорошую оценку и теперь понял, что это ошибка :) как альтернатива пользуюсь Bluetooth устройствами nut - вполне доволен. Они вроде хоть и работают, чтобы их не терять, а не находить в первую очередь, но работают они гораздо стабильнее и приятнее. А это - крайне не рекомендую пока. Может исправятся, конечно. Но пока нет

Bad Device
Bad device. Same issues that are outlined in previous reviews. Bought 3 and none of them pair to the phone. Do not waste your money or time. It’s an interesting idea but it doesn’t work

It doesn’t work and I have the iPhone 11 Pro, running 13.3 software. Once you close the app the unit does not connect. Sending it back. A piece of crap.

Not user friendly and frustrating
Confused and Disappointed
This app is very frustrating. Instructions are hard to make sense of. I can never get the search button to work on the app. The app never connects the device to my phone therefore rendering the device useless. Camera button/ options do not work. There is no number for customer service. Poorly made app, I wish it was compatible with one that properly worked. I would not trust this device or app to find and track lost items.

If you understand instructions like this...“Click to connect, while the icon turn to 🧩, it means connect successfully” you might do better.

Useless
As soon as I go out of range of my tracker the app looses the tracker and I must re-pair the tracker to the app. It appears that the only time it is useful is if you remain in range of the tracker. To use the tracker as a trigger for the camera shutter is nice, but it only works with the camera that is in the app.

Stopped working and pairing
Replaced battery in LEXER tag after it stopped working. Have not been able to re-establish pairing since then. Deleted and re-downloaded app several times but it appears when you replace the battery, it is permanently disabled from operation. What a great design....
Received as a Christmas present
This app is really buggy if you can even get it to work at all. Feels very generic. The Key Finder I have with it will not pair whatsoever and I am following the instructions thoroughly. This review is coming from a technologically inclined guy. It’s not worth it!
Change the name
How do you change the name of the device? I see no possible way as of right now. Other than that, this app works and it is loud enough to hear around the house. The camera button on the device works remotely as well.
