It’s been great getting text reminders the day before pickup not just that trash will be picked up but also if recyclables and yard trash will be done.

Easy to keep up with everything garbage on what day! Now if you could get the garbage contractor to be as good as the app, then you would have it all!

Such a great app for knowing exactly when garbage is to be picked up, as well as defining which weeks recycle waste and yard trash are scheduled. Especially helpful with holiday changes and send notifications every week! Love it!

Receptacle Lids
For the most part, service is excellent.
However, receptacle lids are left open after they are emptied. This is especially bad on rainy days where the receptacles fill up with water making a messy, stinky receptacle.

We just moved here from Florida. Our service provider there did not have an App like this so we were never sure of the schedule around holidays. This is a great way to keep your customers informed.

It was always hard to remember when it was recycling week, and when the service changed to Friday, this app was particularly helpful. The transition had its problems as all changes do, but I thought it went pretty well and we actually like Friday pickup much better. I check the app regularly for messages and helpful info. Good job, Advanced Disposal!

I always know which bins to set out.
Should be zero stars
By far the worst company to deal with. They miss pickup 75% of the time which means I have to call and request a makeup. Management doesn't care, making empty promises and even laughed when I told him I was gonna cancel service. They know they are the only choice other than hauling it off yourself. But guess what buddy, that's exactly what I'm gonna do.
