This App is Awesome!
I have used both Westlaw and Lexis. Recently there was an issue with the app. Customer service is far superior with Lexis than Westlaw. Westlaw is could days or more before you get a response. Lexus will respond 24 hours a day. And will find what the issue is and fix it. I love this app. I have had no hallucinations. Yes, you must read all cases cited. The AI does cite unpublished opinions. Unpublished opinions can be cited for persuasion that are filed after May 1, 2019. Many cases cited lead to other cases. I think the app is an invaluable tool especially if in court and the wifi is horrible. Thank you Lexis! Thank you customer support for fixing the recent issue so quickly.

Horrible
App rarely works. If I was involved in this app’s dev I would lie out of embarrassment of being associated with it.
Impossible to Read
The interface on this app is extremely glitchy. The color schematic chosen for this app is hard to read when it’s not glitching. But when it glitches, which is often, the text becomes black on a dark purple background making it impossible to read.
Not good
Had a very important contract I had to use chat gpt to fix because this hallucinated 18 times in the 110 page contract. I was just checking the possibility of using it. Wouldn’t recommend for anything that would require legal work.
Love Lexis+ AI
Move over Westlaw AI, Lexis+ AI is vastly superior. I have no qualms with either platform. I used Westlaw AI for a while and without AI, and what a major difference. I have had no AI hallucinations. With Westlaw AI I had a ton of cases cited with nothing from the search results in the case law cited. Words cannot describe the customer service. I can call almost anything abd get help. Try getting someone from Westlaw. Westlaw is a nightmare to just log in. Lexis is easy to log in and use. Westlaw just wants your money and for one to sign a contract. After that you have never ending new reps and customer service is call leave a message and/or email then eventually they will get back to you. A product is worthless without good customer service. Lexis Nexis customer service is priceless. Thank you Lexis+ AI!

Decent but needs work
The app provides very basic functionality. While the AI tool is helpful, the app seems to require a restart in order to view results in a timely manner.
