Whether my car’s battery is fully charged or completely flat, the app says it’s charged to 89% - every single time. The other features such as tyre pressure work no problem.

I feel the old Lexus Connect app was easier to navigate and more user friendly. Apart from that, all good.
Lexus excellence
I love Lexus Connected. I use it to check and lock my doors, see when charging is completed, and check tyre pressures. It is also wonderful, when I use airport valet, to check exactly where it is parked.
Missing features
New app is hard to navigate, bottom menu includes easily located buttons for unnecessary/uncommon uses yet where is trip history?
New update caused location of the car to be incorrect
The new update no longer provides the correct location of where the car is. This is a main concern for security as you don’t know where the car could be.
