Does not work

It just goes black when i try to register vehicle and thats it does not work onwards. Utterly useless app as if lexus trying to say not to use Encore services

Nothing loads.

What’s the point? After you log in, nothing loads. Just a blank screen. I’ve uninstalled and installed countless times and nothing.

The app won't allow me to add my vehicle making it completely useless. This should not be used as a selling tool when marketing the vehicle as it doesn't work!

Can’t connect

Vehicle booking system crashes

App closes if you try several changes for vehicle bookings.

Doesn’t reopen again.

I have had to delete app, reinstall on different days. Not a one off situation

Can’t use the app - keep on crashing!

Horrible after the latest app update I can’t even login. The app crashes as soon as I login. Tried the app on both ios 17.3.1 and ipados 17.4.1. Please fix asap Lexus!!! I am a new owner of an nx450h+ and can’t even use the app!!!

Need to login every time you start your car . Very very annoying.

I complained about Caltex to Ampol over two years ago. The poor cousin Toyota did theirs in a very timely brand. Not the luxury brand.

I see you respond to others but not to me. Feeling the love from Lexus. NOT.

Disconnects radio

Not a very useful app unfortunately. Each time phone is connected it disconnects radio and after many attempts it finally allows me to go back to radio.

Disappointed that it’s the encore movie promotion. It’s the worst ever promo. I rather buy it from Telstra for better offer and seamless access to the seats.

Please integrate vehicle log book app that launches when you connect phone to car through Lexus app or car play.

Lexus app doesn’t have many useful features.
