This app is easy to use and a great way to listen to my CLE on the go. Would recommend this to anyone!
The app crashed
Once I open the app it prompts update but doesn’t get updated.

Please fix! Can't access after a few days. Update is required but app won't update. I need to complete my courses.

I’m so impressed with the quality and consistency of the customer service. Jeff was so helpful in getting me the previous registration information from 2 years ago! Plus he provided a discount code for 20%! Fabulous. I’m staying with LexVid. Quality education.
Good and convenient despite some glitches.
Despite some glitches the folks at LexVid are quite responsive to technical issues. Solely based upon the convenience this has become my go to for CLE compliance.

I used to love this app because I could take courses on my phone. That functionality is gone, and they won’t fix it.
Great way to get your CLEs
Very happy to see the addition of a convenient app that works both on my iPhone and iPad. Have used LexVid probably three compliance periods in a row and still find it a great way to get my CLEs done.
App Won’t Work. Company is Suspect.
Do not sign up for this service if you’re looking to listen to videos on the go or away from a computer. I purchased this service specifically for their advertised app and portability. Within days of purchase the app crashed. I have deleted and redownloaded. Signed out and redownloaded. Signed out, updated my phone and redownloaded. Etc etc. Several times. The app will not load or properly function. (I have an iPhone 15 fyi). I called customer service and they said everything looked fine on their end and had no explanation or real care their produce is non-functional. Which leads me to my second reason not to go with this company. Horrible and uncaring customer service. These CLE requirements are required by law, how can anyone ensure this company is on the up and up, and will keep your legal license valid, when they can’t even get an app right. STAY AWAY!!!

Outstanding and timely affordable training
I did not know of this vendor until recently but have been happily pleased with program variety and, being admitted to several states, the scope of jurisdictions covered.
not populating courses taken and crashes
if you try to sort by the newest course, the app crashes and it has for months. Also, I’ve taken an implicit bias course and it’s not showing that I’ve completed that task in the dashboard. I called customer support but I got a voicemail.
Vital Tech Features Lacking
The inability to fwd (for example after rewinding) or to change speed of video or to download an audio file version is maddening.
Great Time-Saver
For a general practitioner, this is something you can do every year or every other year for a fraction of the cost. Considering that the greatest cost of CLE is often that of TIME (going & returning from the event), this can add up to significant savings. I almost changed my score to 4 stars, because I’d like to see more presentations to chose from, but so far I have not run out of interesting and relevant ones. Next Year I may do this again, but I’d love to see new fresh material added by that time! Great overall!

Horrible
Can’t even log in. The text for login is white, so you can’t see what you’re typing, the cursor won’t advance once ten characters are entered into the username field, and there’s nowhere to click ‘forgot password.’ I spent $60 on this yesterday so I could watch these on an upcoming flight. About to board and I can’t even access my account.

Beyond expectations
I can’t count the number of CLEs I see each year. This is incredibly convenient and highest quality. I love how I can download the content, so I can view it in places with spotty WiFi. This will be my CLE source from now on.
Great App. Great way to get CLE’s
In this Covid-19 era we live in, this app and their company provide a very inexpensive, but simple to use format for obtaining my CLE credits.

Text issues
Can’t see the text when I write in a text box.
(Lack of Support + No Pre-approved Course Codes) Do not recommend
I was 90 minutes into a 114 minute course. I accidentally hit the progress bar which put me back to minute 3 and would not let me fast forward to where I left off. Initially support was very responsive. They attempted to forward the course to where I left off. After multiple attempts of logging off and logging back in on multiple devices, it still would not work. I had to rewatch nearly the entire course. What was even worse, my support tech (using the main support email) simply stopped responding to me. This is unacceptable and a waste of time. Also, they do not have course codes that permit you to enter your CLE through your association’s portal. You have to submit actually certificates and hope that your association approves the hours. I do not recommend LexVid.
