Every time to login I have to reinstall app
Very bad and buggy app, Every time to login using my account I have to reinstall app and then re enter OTP. Very frustrating.

This app provides the much needed platform to raise grievances against government departments in Delhi. I think the follow up on complaints should improve.

Great App
You rarely come across to such Apps which connects you to the people in power and then you get a sense of satisfaction and security that someone is there who is listening to you. Great App/ Tool to connect with Hon’ble LG. I had a Redressal to my grievance and would endorse this App to every resident of Delhi.
