This app is trash!!! it forces you to pay $5.99 a week just for you to not be able to use the functions on your TV and still have to watch ads! I do not recommend this app to no one and I hope you do not. I hope you do not add this for a trial! They have been taking money out of my account without me annoying because I did not read the fine print! So I am helping someone that that reads reviews to stop before you get exhausted like me

It took my money with no option for cancellation even thought it clearly stated that in the bio.
It took my money and won’t give me a refund it disappeared even have an option to cancel the subscription.

Can’t replace the physical remote
The physical remote died while connecting to a new network. The app is useless if the tv is not already connected.

What the??? You expect us to pay $10 per week for ever for a remote control app? Are you serious? So if I keep the tv & remote for 3 years, I would spend $1500 on the remote which is more than the tv. Let me guess, your mantra is one born every minute.

No matter what I touch on the remote control it takes me to settings. Access to local network is enabled. Click add device and back to settings no option to add tv as on the screen shots. Happy to change rattling if I get it to work. Not prepared to accept the privacy policy

I immediately downloaded the app for the LG remote control; then I was offered the chance to buy the pro version, I bought; then I was offered a “lifetime“ pro subscription, and I paid for; many many times the app loses the history of the fact that I am a subscriber – this is extremely irritating; at different times, there has been a command offered, called something like restore version, or restore purchase, and that always worked but the day suddenly I get an automatic update and it completely changes the interface and my app no longer works damage. There was no warning from LG and I’m out shopping on the App Store all over again.
