Doesn’t work, unable to log in
Can’t log in using the same exact email and password that I use on the website

I have enjoyed the subscription for several years. However, this month, when I tried to download the newest issue, the magazine stayed in Pause. I contacted Apple support, they had me do various reboots, with no success. Basically I was told to solve it with the app provider. I have contacted the company via email. I don’t know if they received the messages because I have received no reply. Now, I am having the same problem with their sister publication Historia. Not happy.

Méfiez vous d'Apple et du fournisseur Sophia Publication.
Incapable d'accéder à mes achats depuis 20 décembre. Incapable de rejoindre le fournisseur et Apple s'en lave les mains. Par contre l'$ à bel été débité sur ma carte de crédit. Il y a une faille dans ce type d'achat. Est-ce qu'un avocat voudrait bien adresser cet enjeu d'achat en ligne. Il semble que personne n'est responsable de rien. C'est édifiant.

Restaureer les achats ne fonctionnait pas
Un peu avant les Fêtes, cette appli avait été modifiée et j’avais perdu mes achats. Mauvaise idée de changer un logiciel et de partir en congé… Mais depuis, répondant à mes demandes répétées, le développeur m’a communiqué qu’il travaillait à rétablir sa base de données. Il y est parvenu et j’ai retrouvé mes achats. je me suis donc réabonné à ce qui est une remarquable publication. Bien…C’est tout de même bien meilleur que « Le Figaro Histoire » pour lequel j’avais également perdu mes achats en changeant d’iPad et qui n’a jamais même répondu… Le lien pour le support de leur appli… mène à une adresse inexistante! Donc, par comparaison, bravo « L’Histoire » et faites attentions lors de prochains changements!

New app version still does not work
Since Dec 23, 2105 when it was launched, the new app failed to function correctly:
when trying to restore previous purchases, the app only allows the issues of November and December 2015 to be downloaded, irrespective of a previous subscription covering issues that precede those dates.
the catalog of old issues only gets to Jan 2014. In my case, I have subscribed to the app since Oct 2012, so a big chunk of issues is being omitted.
Not sure if the new company used for the app is trying to double charge as I am assuming that this is a mistake but after almost a month since the app was launched, that is the impression one receives.
Please correct these issues and allow previous subscribers to enjoy their subscriptions as purchased.

J'ai le même problème. Quelle idée de refondre l'app juste avant les Fêtes. Y a t-il un pilote à bord ?
