Completely useless
This is a complete joke. You can’t plan a trip, you can’t see when a line departs at a stop. You can see a timetable for a line, but it’s unclear when it’ll be at the stops you care about. It shows the upcoming departures at a station, but not for a future date.
What a complete disgrace. I don’t even understand how this has a 1.x rather than a flat 1.0 rating.

Barely functional if it works at all
Times are not accurate. Often says bus in 6 min which then says for the next 20 min while you wait thinking it will be there shortly. Often stops disappear from the app while searching for them only to reappear a few min later. Needs alot of work to make it viable as a reliable app to help you get around.

Good info, but doesn’t let you put in a start and destination.
Not very userfriendly
It‘s missing an option to type in one‘s location and destination and the app tells you which bus to take from where and when. In general the timing is very inaccurate, I can‘t tell when the bus is going to arrive at my destination. It should somehow connect to google maps because you can‘t see anything about public transport on google maps in Dubrovnik

Awful!
The app is poorly designed and very hard to navigate. If you’re a local, you probably never need it — and if you’re a tourist, it’s not helpful at all. The public transport department refuses to share route information with Google Maps, which is a terrible policy that only makes getting around harder. It honestly feels like Dubrovnik’s mission is to discourage people from visiting… mission accomplished!

Rudimentär App
Auf der App kann man nur die Fahrpläne der Buslinien nachsehen; weder erfährt man etwas über die verschiedenen Ticketarten noch kann man ein Online-Ticket erwerben. Dafür braucht es keine App!

This app is the worse transport app in any decent city. Difficult to use and understand, counterintuitive, incomplete, and incorrect. It’s shameful for the city of Dubrovnik that this is the best they can do. A worldwide display of incompetence.
Absolute chaos no structure
- No possibility to combine lines
- No planning possible of one point of the city to the other when you do not know where the lines go
- Way to much time is needed to research everything, no great UI UX planning visible
Advise: Look at other bus applications of other city’s that have 5 star ratings and implement your bus lines into Google maps. This chaos is so typical for this city. A lot of Dubrovnik is just „taking how it is“

Not recommended for tourists
Poor English translation and nonsensical bus timetabling make this a heinous app.
You can’t book tickets or see when the next bus arrives, you can however see when the bus departs its starting location?
Still not clear on how to actually use the buses in this country, an in app explanation for tourists would be appreciated

This app is completely useless for actual bus travel. Here are the major problems that make it barely functional:
**No Route Planning**: You cannot search for a route between two points and get bus connections. This is literally the most basic feature any transit app should have - how am I supposed to plan my journey?
**Limited Route Information**: You cannot view all bus stops for each line, which makes trip planning nearly impossible when combined with the lack of route search.
**Useless Live Tracking**: While the app offers live bus tracking, it's practically worthless. The tracking only shows generic lines on main roads without any time estimates or clear location references. I can't tell when the bus will actually arrive at my stop.
**No Ticket Purchase Feature**: The inability to buy ride tickets through the app is a major inconvenience in 2025. Most transit apps integrated this basic functionality years ago.
**Bottom Line**: This app fails at every essential function a transit app should provide. I cannot plan routes, cannot see proper schedules, cannot track buses effectively, and cannot buy tickets. What exactly is this app supposed to do? Save your time and storage space - find a different transit solution.

No libertas shops or tickets online
We can’t buy tickets in app or find the Libertas shops adresses in the app …. Would have Ben really usefull to know where to buy tickets !

Not pratical for tourists, can’t switch to english language. Not easy to use (have tried Paris metro app, NY app, Mexico DF app, London App or event Tokyo app) : there is a lot of room for improvement
Extremely Unfriendly for Tourists
Considering that the city’s public transport isn’t integrated with Google Maps, you’re forced to download this awful Libertas app if you want to take a bus. First of all, the app is useless for planning routes — it can’t tell you which bus to take to reach your destination. The timetable only shows the departure times from the starting station, so you have no idea when the bus will arrive at your stop. All you can do is waste time waiting. To make things worse, you can’t even buy tickets through the app! You either have to find an offline store to get them or pay a higher price on the bus. For a city that relies on tourism, this is an incredibly unfriendly experience.
