App not working
I’ve used this for a long while and enjoyed doing so. In the last week when you click on it it disappears and takes you right back to iPhones apps. I deleted totally and reloaded a new app and it’s still doing it. Not happy- please fix!
Can’t use any more
I have used this app on an iPhone for nine years, but this week it no longer works. Up until then I would have given five stars as I do most of my banking this way. Please fix this problem. I may not be the only bank customer having this problem.

App will not open
With the update of iOS 16.4.0, the app no longer opens. Frustrating as you have to go online to view balance of other banking features.

I enjoy the online app with Liberty Bank. It makes my banking process, fast and easy.

Touch ID/Facial Recognition
Touch ID/Facial Recognition often stops although selected for login..have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling app for it to begin working again and that does not always solve the problem
Slow bank
I opened a new account and it is a long time for things to process. I also still not received my debit card after 12 business days over two weeks counting weekends. I also had an issue with my direct deposit not being available until a business day after it was posted.
Mobile deposit
How can I activate my mobile deposit?

Works well
I use the app often for checking business balances and to see if deposits posted or checks cleared. I also use it to determine if any fraudulent charges appear on my statement. Last year, someone fraudulently gained access to my debit card. I saw the two $59 charges in this app, and called Liberty bank before 10:00 AM the same day. Using the phone’s Touch ID allows me to log in quickly with the touch of a finger.
