I really like this bank. I had been with my previous bank for almost 30 years. When I moved to Dallas, this bank and banker was recommended to me. The tellers are awesome and personable. The bank gives me updates on a regular basis. If I have a question, they are a phone call away. The personnel are very friendly and helpful. They make you feel like family. I recommend this bank.

Can’t make manual transfer to another LCB customer
My ranch hand does not do Zelle so I have to call the bank to transfer funds to his account for hours worked

You can’t pull your statements from the app. This is incredibly lame. Hire ChatGPT to make you an app that doesn’t look like it’s from the 1980s.
