Glitches out
It will glitch out during login and not completely login for me to see my accounts two out of three times
App is terrible
This app constantly glitches, says “please wait” and never lets you view individual accounts or just randomly quits. I’ve tried it on cellular and WiFi - happens on both. I’ve deleted and redownloaded. Not many other things I can try. It’s just so bad! Love the bank though!
Almost got a 1 star
This app looks good on paper. You can make super easy transfers, see all of your information and transactions, etc. this sounds great until you realize, the app doesn't open. If the transactions weren't so easy then this would be a one star. The app doesn't open half the time.

This app never recognizes me with Face ID and this is the only app I have issues with.

App Stalling
The App keeps stalling. I’ve had to close/reopen multiple times to get it to load. I have deleted and redownloaded, still an issue. IOS 26.6.1, 16 Pro.

I genuinely could not tell you how often I have seen this message. I have to close out of the app fully and restart it like 3 times if I want it to load on the first go. My Capital One, my Chime, and my Apple Cash all load instantly - except this app. Theres sometimes it won’t even load. It’s genuinely to the point where I’m considering switching banks just because the app just won’t work. I just want to see how much money I have and it doesn’t work.

The app is slow and stalls. Worst app ever
Frustrated
The app never works. I have to open it and close over and over then MAYBE it will let me on to do my banking. Never had this problem before. It does not matter what Wi-Fi I am on or if I’m using cellular data…it rarely opens. Currently it is scanning my face twice then just tries to load for ages. Please fix this.

I feel like this app is constantly buffering and barely works so I can see what’s going on. It’s so frustrating! I have it up to date so whyyyy is it still buffering.
Freeze
Every time I open this app, it gets frozen on the main account screen and says “please wait”. I have to completely exit out of the app two or three times to get it to work each time I use it.

Worst app ever!
It doesn’t function well, is down more than it is up, and each & every time I open it I’m asked to rate it even though I’ve already rated it! It’s constantly glitchy, always has pop up ads that are next to impossible to x out of to see your financial info that this is for!

Lagging and have to sign in multiple times to get it to open.
App Issues
For the last 2-3 months, my phone makes me enter my password twice in a row just to get the online app to open, and then it never loads when it does. It just gives me a “please wait” icon and never properly loads, so for the last 2-3 months I have been unable to accurately access my online banking. Super frustrating!!!!!!!
