Lagging and have to sign in multiple times to get it to open.
App Issues
For the last 2-3 months, my phone makes me enter my password twice in a row just to get the online app to open, and then it never loads when it does. It just gives me a “please wait” icon and never properly loads, so for the last 2-3 months I have been unable to accurately access my online banking. Super frustrating!!!!!!!

Slow
Takes 20 minutes to load no matter how good your service is. Still have to close and open the app 10 times to see your accounts.

This is by far one of the easiest, most user-friendly, intuitive, and safest online banking apps I've ever used.
App has issues
I work nights and anytime I’ve tried logging on at night, it just keeps saying “please wait” while spinning the load symbol.
Fails to load
I use to think this app was great until the last few months. Lately the app has been slow and fails to load consistently.
Soooooo much better than those stupid other banks!
I’ll never bank with anyone else again. They’re a wonderful company. Incredibly easy to get a hold of and takes care of anything you need them to do for you!
Meh
Crashes on start up anywhere 2-6 times when trying to login in (after Face ID). Also have to restart several times sometimes after successful login because it just spins loading the main screen
Keep Asking
They keep asking me for a review every time I login so this is my review. The app works fine. The bank is OK although they do act like Fort Knox, which is not necessarily a bad thing, but it is inconvenient.
Buffers
App keeps trying to open twice, does Face ID two times and then just buffers. I have to force close it and go in again.
App loads Ads, Not functionality
App has gotten worse. Never had a problem loading a pop up ad, but then crashes after. Keeps bugging me for notifications because…?

Latest Update Issues
Havent had too many issues with the app till this last update. Now during face scan to open the app it scans twice and then gets stuck at please wait and I cannot even use the app

This app has been BUGGY lately. Won't load. Loads then backs out.
Pop Ups
I’ve selected many times to not receive the offers any more. However, I continue to get pop ups about offers. Please discontinue sending me offers when I’ve told you I’m not interested.
Pop ups ads for loans
This app was great once a upon a time. Now the pop ups for loan offers and events is making the app almost unusable. So my issue is I don’t want any of these services. If you want to make me aware put it in my mailbox. When these ads pop up, sometimes I can’t even minimize them. I just tried to get on the app to leave this review but couldn’t because of the pop ups.

The app cuts out more lately. Maybe needs to be updated and repaired
Won’t let me complete login
It signs me in and sets there and spins saying wait a minute. I can’t do anything with the app.
