Havent had too many issues with the app till this last update. Now during face scan to open the app it scans twice and then gets stuck at please wait and I cannot even use the app

This app has been BUGGY lately. Won't load. Loads then backs out.
Pop Ups
I’ve selected many times to not receive the offers any more. However, I continue to get pop ups about offers. Please discontinue sending me offers when I’ve told you I’m not interested.
Pop ups ads for loans
This app was great once a upon a time. Now the pop ups for loan offers and events is making the app almost unusable. So my issue is I don’t want any of these services. If you want to make me aware put it in my mailbox. When these ads pop up, sometimes I can’t even minimize them. I just tried to get on the app to leave this review but couldn’t because of the pop ups.

App cuts out
The app cuts out more lately. Maybe needs to be updated and repaired
Won’t let me complete login
It signs me in and sets there and spins saying wait a minute. I can’t do anything with the app.

Stop asking me every time I open the app to review. Love the bank, love the app. But dang!
It’s acting strange.
I have to open it twice now for some reason after I unlock it. It recognizes my face, logs in, then blinks out. I have to log in again to make it work.

App force quits itself
For several months now when trying to login to the app on my iPhone 17 the app tries to open and then just force quits itself. Typically if I do that at least 3 times, it will open on the 4th time. I thought it was just me, but the found out my daughter on a different iPhone (16 I think) was having similar issues.
We both have Face ID turned on for entry into the app.

The Vincennes Branch is the best. Friendly and they care about their customers. Lorie is a great manager. Micheala is very helpful. Love this place

When did this app start failing to launch or crash repeatedly?
App is good, bank itself is disappointing
Frustrating to have fraud committed on your account and then watch as the bank pends and then authorizes the transactions, even after you declined the charges when you get the fraud text. Been over a week and I am still out almost $200 and no update from the bank whatsoever. But the app has done a great job at me being able to check and see that my money still hasn’t been credited back to me!

Opening app
It takes me 5 times to get the app to stay open. When I first tap the icon it appears that it is logging in and then it closes out of the app completely.

App Crashes Everytime
Unfortunately, the app has been crashing every single time I open it. It’s no longer usable at the moment.
Logging on
Every time I log on my account it knocks it out. I have to try to get on 6-7 times before I get logged on. Please fix!
