Mark and Avoid Liberty!
I used to work at Liberty, and I know from first-hand experience that this church is extremely seeker-sensitive, and (although they will try to explain it away or deny it) they care more about pleasing men than God. Whatever fills their seats is what they will deliver. Not a church you want to go to if you want to learn more about the Bible. More and more, they are avoiding necessary biblical terminology and topics like sin, holiness, repentance, wrath, sanctification, and the like. Things are only getting worse. I fear for those who work and attend Liberty for their spiritual health because they are getting no nourishment here. If anyone who attends Liberty or works there reads this, I beg of you to leave. Find a doctrinally sound church led by biblically qualified men, and be shepherded by a church that truly preaches the Word. Pastors and leaders of Liberty: Repent! Repent for your worldliness and for being friends with the world. Proclaim the WHOLE counsel of God and the bold, unvarnished Gospel of Jesus Christ!
