Vpn constantly connecting and disconnecting every 5 seconds on iOS. Unusable. Settings in the app have no words just buttons so who knows what you’re turning on and off. No tech support to help. I wouldn’t recommend

I signed up to this VPN a couple of years ago. Had zero issues with it, but was told that there was a “better” VPN (Surfshark), so I decided to take that on for some reason. Long story short, it wasn’t a better app, and more expensive for that years subscription.
Very happy to have signed up to this VPN again! Won’t be making the same mistake twice.

The app works part time. The speeds are slow. The connections are unstable and disconnect randomly then won’t reconnect. My Mac wouldn’t connect to the servers via the app and after two days of “support” found out we had a German IP address when connected to a UK server… support sorted it, no explanation then it happened all over again. They have major server routing issues. Avoid at all costs, there are better.

Pathetic service. Does not work.
Really really terrible service from these guys. 99% of the time the vpn doesn’t connect. Various errors come up.
If it does connect then you spend about half an hour finding server that actually works.

Great VPN
Works well on my iPhone and iPad. Also has a great customer service but I only called to ask how to upgrade.

What can I say? It’s the best VPN on the market and does the job perfectly! Strongly recommended.

3years on a five star service
Must be over three years since I joined. Excellent support response when I have needed it, which hasn’t been often. The VPN works very easy to configure and change parameters via the online portal. I have the VPN app on my phone, tablet & laptop. Which works flawlessly when I’m out and about. Highly recommend them. 👍David

It doesn’t work accordingly to their promises.
Customer service and support take forever
Connection is not reliable at all sometimes it works but most of the time you have to go throught support so they can reset your account.

I didn't ever think I'd find a good vpn app ever till I found this app. It works very well and the interface is easy to navigate. If you want a user friendly VPN app, this is the one!
