Didn’t work
My husband and I both downloaded it when he had a bad flu. We were out of town and didn’t have a doctor there and this seemed a better option. But it never loaded. We downloaded the app but it never got past the loading screen. It’s a great idea but the greatest idea in the world is worthless if it doesn’t work.

New version of the app is a big improvement
When the app launched it had many issues but with the recent update it works really well.
Everything is broken - don’t download
Awful experience. The app doesn’t work even a little bit. Calendar feature is broken, payment and video chats are broken. Entire thing is dysfunctional. Worst part is their customer service department includes some terrible examples for “customer service” reps of I’ve encountered. Stick with the desktop version...or seek a better medical sharing company all together.

Not ready for public
Calendar feature broken when entering son’s age. Crashes when going into profile settings over and over. Too many bugs.
Login to account doesn’t work
Despite the fact is can successfully login to the web portal via a browser, when I try to login via the app it says the user doesn’t exist.
