**Liberty Work Order** lets you create, sign, and send work orders from the field—on iPhone or iPad. **Create work orders quickly** Fill in business and project details, box and file names, service tier, and options. Add notes and customer shredding preferences. Everything is saved in the form until you send. **Chain of custody & signatures** Capture authorized signatures for “Items Released by Client” and “Items Returned to Client.” Sign with your finger or Apple Pencil. On iPhone, rotate to landscape to sign, then choose Done, Do Over, or Cancel. On iPad, sign inline with Clear and Done. **Send by email** Enter the recipient address and send. The app generates a professional work order (HTML and PDF) and emails it using your organization’s secure SMTP settings.
