Ok for timetable
The app is fine for checking journeys etc but buy tickets on the bus. We bought a block of 10 tickets but to use them each one has to be validated online and used within 15 minutes. Which is fine if you’ve always got an internet connection and the bus isn’t late. When you have no internet you can’t validate it and if the bus is late the ticket expires.

Not user friendly
I find the system somewhat unintuitive, and it’s not immediately clear where to access the timetables for all routes. While it may be manageable for regular users, I can imagine it being quite challenging for tourists or first-time users.
Drive to work? Are you mad!?
I read the news, Check my emails,continue my wake up slowly on the early 15 into town, no parking hassle, get to work, chilled, ready to go. Great Service, always on time,every 15minutes, Really friendly,polite,drivers, most times with a smile and a word, anytime of day,New electric bus is soopa cool as well. Monthly pass is top level VFM. A proper quality service all round.

I’ve noticed a few issues with the app recently that need fixing
I love this app it’s so helpful but recently it’s not letting you click on “watch this departure” it just replies with an error message. If u could get that fixed it would be great 👍

I wish I’d known how good the Liberty buses are on Jersey. Then I would not have bothered with hire cars and parking permits during many years of holidaying on the island.
The buses here are punctual, the drivers are friendly and helpful, and the prices (particularly the 7 days pass) are extremely good value.
