needs more features!!
i have new patrons constantly and there needs to be a quick add feature for patrons on this app and the libib mobile app. better yet, patrons need to be able to make their own accounts !!!
doesn’t identify the books
I first downloaded the standard libib app before upgrading to the pro account. The standard scanner was excellent (very quick) and identified almost every book that I scanned.
The pro (this app) is terrible. The scanner takes several tries to actually pick up the book and when it finally does, it doesn’t recognize the barcode. I have yet to get one book into my pro account library whereas the standard account scanned 30 books in 5mins. I need the pro account in order to end books from my school. I hope that this is just a small issue that can be fixed immediately.

Slow
App is extremely slow, to the point where I decide to use the website. App also doesn’t accept any scanned barcodes, which is a shame, since it’s why I upgraded.
Won’t work at all
I can’t log in at all. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. It just keeps asking me for Manager access :(
