It used to work, but doesn’t anymore

Now when I try to have it start listening, there is no shush, and nothing appears in the bookmark, and it’s thinking it’s not listening to anything

He best part? It makes a "shhh" sound when it goes over the sensitivity when it heard too much noise depending on the sensitivity it works well!!
