Review of Quality
The app’s quality level exceeds the intellectual capacity of any human user, therefore, to the normative user, it appears as broken, however, they are not aware of the fact that the application is only for high intellectuals (human race has not reached this level yet) and therefore can only be used by those who possess such higher power. Humans who attempt to use it without such superior knowledge instantly develop depression, hypomania, and, on occasion, rapid death.

Horrible
I’m trying to study for finals and I can’t book a room or do anything with the app. It crashes everytime I try. Absolutely horrible, it should be fixed I don’t understand the point of this app if it can’t be used properly.
Ashamed of this app
Whoever wrote this app should be ashamed of it. The app is incredibly unresponsive and making reservations is rather like playing lottery. I would suggest completely redesign the UI as it is completely unintuitive, and the backend as well as it takes literally seconds for the app to respond for each action
