So many missing chapters

Unlocked characters, but kept getting the message ‘Chapter is missing. Please contact us to deal with the problem’ At first was thinking ok it’s just one chapter probably a system error no problem, decided to contact them as advised. In the problem submission area was asked to describe the problem and to include a screenshot so went back to get a screenshot only to be penalized for doing so. Then waited and waited. Nothing. Kept refreshing the missing chapter and still same message ‘missing’ decided to unlock the next chapter. SAME THING!!! Chapter Missing Please Contact Us. Ughh. Decided to change to another book. SAME PROBLEM AGAIN!!! Submitted all the missing chapters to them but nothing! At this point just gonna delete app. Terrible

I am really upset that I spent $75 on a book!!!! I’m the type of person who can not start a book and not finish it especially if the book is great. But I will not EVER use this site again!!!
