Why so fear based???
As a Libyan American who wanted to get more in touch with the dialect of Arabic my family spoke, I downloaded this app hoping to find some cool, helpful phrases.
I was NOT expecting majority of the app to provide “military verbiage” and all these wild, danger instilling commands.
Libya is a beautiful place with a beautiful language and this app is not a reflection of the language that most would use on their day to day.
I don’t think downloading an “English language” app, you’ll find
“Stand down!” “don’t shoot!”
And a full option for “military commands” if you’re just trying to learn a bit of the language. The intend seems bad and it was not great as a Libyan American to come across.
