Nice app. But need more specific details of the customers. Lic needs to develop this app more user friendly.
App should be more user friendly
App shall be more user friendly, as it is prepared for agents. Sending reminders to customers shall be a easy process rather confusing one. After sending a single reminder again whole process of searching the policies need to re-initiate- very time consuming process. Either application should be user friendly or allow third party vendors to provide this service- so that renewal of customers may not get affected.

For payment link, 6 days are too much and how to resend another link. Now there is no option to pay
Hello team, for payment 6 days is too long + no way to resend link or continue with payment. Needs a fix asap. It is problem with user experience. This cant work

Usage to agents
We are not able to see any information about our policy holders. Not user friendly. Atleast we have to access our policy holders premium paid certificate revival bonus FUP details. Randomly some information comes not specific and not for us. More of performance and business only. Be as an agent for 30 years now not active funds difficult to serve my existing policy holder with this app. Earlier private apps were very helpful

Page displays problems
In renewal option there is list of available paid list of customers who paid there premium but when select page 2 no policy list displayed

App is not functioning properly. Moreover doesn’t open when required.

The most unstable app ever created i feel. It doesn’t serve any purpose for which it’s meant. In the previous apps, it was very easy to see pending premium etc of clients. This one doesn’t work at all next time after usage once.

LIC has one of the largest agent networks in the country, and a stable, efficient quotation tool is essential for serving customers professionally. I sincerely request the concerned team to look into these issues and improve the app’s performance at the earliest.

Any basic app should work
Very disappointing experience. As an LIC agent, I rely on this app for my daily work, but it does not open at all. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application, but the issue persists. The app crashes or remains unresponsive immediately upon opening. LIC needs to fix these technical glitches urgently, as it directly impacts our productivity and client service.

Always hangs
The app always hangs up I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. Request the LIC IT team to get this fixed since this app is very important for us iPhone users. Thank you.

This app is absolutely amazing and no need to praise. But still needs some improvements like client’s claim settlement and payment processing history and many more things and features also should be added.
