License to Spy

I wasn’t happy with the other apps for tracking license plates, so I made the one I wanted to use. License to Spy is 100% free: no ads, no purchases, and no subscriptions. Make every road trip a scavenger hunt. Spot license plates from all 50 U.S. states plus Washington, D.C., and build a collection one sighting at a time. A POCKET FIELD GUIDE FOR THE OPEN ROAD • Browse real plate examples and search by state name or abbreviation. • Track a trip or keep a hunt going across many adventures. Start a new hunt whenever you like and revisit past collections. • Play solo offline. Your personal hunt stays on your iPhone. MAKE EVERY FIND COUNT • Earn rarity points based on the state you’re spotting from. Choose it yourself or use approximate location. • Work toward regional road trip badges and all 51 plates. • Share a recap of your hunt with friends and family. BRING YOUR TRAVEL CREW • Create or join invite-code groups and take part in group hunts. • Compare standings and see who spots a plate first. • Try Game Center leaderboards for your best hunt. Group features use iCloud and Game Center and require an internet connection. Solo play needs no account. Built for the passenger seat. Please keep your eyes on the road when driving. Have an idea or found a bug? Send feedback from Settings. I’d love to hear how to make the next trip more fun.
