Why can’t the festival schedule just be published on a website?
No, app download required. Then you get to the festival, the app requires an update, freezes on the home screen and locks the user out.
Ok I’ll update. Except I’m at a festival with 20,000 people so there’s no 5g data available. Wouldn’t download the update all day. App is Useless!

Why do I have to download yet another app, which once I have done I can’t access!
No point
Was told to download in the emails, the app literally just brings a popup to the axs site no point of it even existing. Also day before the festival still no schedule.

Idk if it’s axs’ problem your lido’s or whoever’s - but fix you f-ing bot detection. Can’t but ticket for a week now

Legit 18 days before the festival and we still don’t have any form of the schedules you lot are cutting it tooo close 💔
