Lido — Workout Timer
A workout timer with a pool
About
This app provides a hands-free workout timer with spoken cues and alerts, even when the screen is locked. It also features a unique visual log where a toy floats in a pool after each completed workout, with rare gilded toys appearing occasionally.
What's New in Lido
1.2
July 13, 2026
Share a workout - Send a program to a friend as a link. It opens in their Lido, ready to add — the workout travels inside the link itself, never through a server. A bigger pool - Twenty finishes in one month now earn the grand pool: wider water, a second ladder, a diving board. Looks like you needed a bigger pool. Calmer water - Busy months drift more believably — toys bump and slide around each other, and even a very full pool stays legible.
