This app has been such a lifesaver with customizing edits for sticker purposes. Ability to do so much on the app, as well as tons of pre-set designs and elements available. Love it and would recommend

I’ve been researching small photo printers so I could add photos to my daily journal entry. I also like to print some of the thousands of screenshots on my phone. This small portable, easy to set up and easy to use printer has been so much fun to use. The quality is exceptional and the app is easy to use. I’m so happy I found the Liene Pearl N200 Pro 🌱

User Friendly
I use the app for 2 of the 3 printer models & have nothing but great things to say about it. It’s intuitive, self-explanatory, easy to use & includes embedded AI functions for bonus points!

I love creating stickers on here! It lets my creativity have zero limits. I have used so many types of stickers on here (regular stickers, credit card stickers, phone sticker etc) that it is hard to pick a favorite type. So many ideas that other users make too to help design! Fun app!!
Great printer, ok app
The printer is great, the app needs some work to make it a little more user friendly. Could use some options for layout as well.
Highly Flaky
I use the app on my iPhone for the Pearl N200, and it glitches every single time. When I open it, it’s a black screen. Then I close it and reopen it, and it usually works, but I’ve discovered that I have to select one photo to print then start all over. It will not print a succession of photos.
Then I got the PixCut. The app iPad will not connect to the printer. My settings show it’s connected, but the app states I’m offline and cannot locate any devices nearby. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. I’ve followed every recommended tip I found online. It will not connect.

Love the printer & love the app!
I have really enjoyed this little printer since I forgot it four months ago. The prints are of amazing quality and I love that I can make stickers out of pretty much anything. I do have one question though, what happened to the iPhone 17 back decals? Am I crazy or are all of the templates gone? Please bring them back. That’s the phone I have. :(

Glitchy as Hell
The app is very glitchy. Every day when I first open the app I always get a blank screen. I have to then close the app and open it again before it works. Also the first time I try to send an image to the printer nothing happens and I have to go back to home and start again from the beginning. When the printer finally receives the information to start the process of printing the image—Most of the time it turns out fine, but occasionally (1 in 10) the print instructions must get messed up and so the color in the final print is messed up as well. I don't think it is a problem with the printer, but with the app. Please fix the app so that this is no longer a problem. After reading a lot of the reviews in the App Store it sounds like I'm not the only one that's have trouble with the app experience and it's too bad because the printer seems nifty.

It’s horrible
Review of the Liene Photo App — the printer itself is excellent, but the app is incredibly disappointing. If I had known this was the only option for printing, I honestly would have reconsidered buying it.
The app offers only a handful of collage templates, and that’s where the creative options basically end. You can’t rotate photos, properly resize them to fit, rotate the collage layout, or create your own custom collage. It feels poorly designed and lacks many of the basic features you’d expect from a photo editing app.
The printer deserves much better software because the app is frustrating to use and far too limited.

App not working
I loved my printer but now the app is no longer working. It will not go past the country of origin screen and this has caused me to be unable to fulfill two orders. I’ve tried to contact support and have been unable to get contact. Please help!
Connection Issues
S1 printer will not connect to my iPad or iPhone it keeps saying timed out !! This is frustrating !!

Doesn’t work
I received this for Xmas 2025 and every once in a while I try to get it to work. It’s now April 2026band I still cannot print a thing.
No Issues And Super Impressed
I haven’t had any issues connecting on my phone or ipad. Also connected on other family members devices and no issues at all. The quality of the prints are fantastic, too. Love it!

“Save as” (New project utilizing an old project)
I am trying to utilize this printer for professional application. I need to make various versions of labels. I need to utilize the same template, but change some things here and there for the different labels. Somehow every time I try to create a new job and utilize the template and change what I need to change it results in changing my old template and saving. There needs to be a “save as” option.
Or if anybody knows how to save elements to use on a later project that would be great as well.
If anybody knows how to do that please post it here as a review. I know I’m not the only one needing to know.
