I Feel Unsafe
There have been many times I have been locked out of my room entirely. It takes me forever to unlock my door, if I had to enter my room in an emergency, I think my safety would be at a serious risk. Never in my life have I lived at a location where to get into a room you needed an app, and not to mention it crashes because of so many bugs and for being outdated. Are you serious. So you’re telling me that with the influx of money your team receives, you can’t update the app and prevent the amount of times I’ve had to sit in the lobby waiting for it to reboot. I feel extremely unsafe because of this app and unfortunately have to live here for a month. If I could leave give a 0 review I would, but unfortunately I’m forced to leave one star. Know that my one star wasn’t optional.
