Dr. Staley’s approach to helping people who struggle with unwanted porn use is actually helpful because he teaches people how to be aware of what they are feeling and what they need so that they can address the actual issues and live a life that is aligned with their values. This is an evidence based approach that works for lots of issues and concerns. When we can learn to live with discomfort rather than trying to avoid it we can live in accordance with our values and we can maintain our relationships. Thank you, Dr. Staley for making this approach accessible to people who want to be living their lives.

Helpful for more than just overcoming a bad habit
Dr Cameron Staley, who narrates much of this app, had done a fantastic job at helping me understand my urges and how to deal with them. This app is no gimmick. It will truly help you stop porn use and gain many more skills besides!
