Life Command Intelligence & Control (Life CIC) is a personal command-center app for managing commitments, decisions, waiting items, trips, and fast-capture notes in one operating picture. Instead of treating life like a flat to-do list, Life CIC organizes responsibilities by state, signal, progress, owner, and next action so users can quickly see what needs attention now. 

Use Control Tower as a daily briefing for attention items, blocked work, waiting items, review items, and recommended first actions. Use Life Strip Board to track commitments across Upcoming, Waiting, Blocked, Active, and Complete states. Use Command Log to capture notes and checklists quickly before they become full commitments. Use Trip Board to manage travel as a flow of flights, hotels, transport, activities, and documents. 

Life CIC is designed for people who carry many open loops and need a calmer way to see status, risk, ownership, delay, and next moves. The goal is to reduce mental load by making the operating picture visible, not to add another place where tasks pile up.
