Meh
First off- as of May 2023, it seems like the app is either released as a beta or the devs haven’t given it any attention since it’s release. Pros- nice design and interesting concept. Cons- many of the statements intended to give the users perspective related to your life envisioned in a 24hr period, are cut off and incomplete. Also, it’s overly simplistic (perhaps by intention). It would be interesting and more impactful if some of the variables noted that influence life expectancy were integrated into factoring life expectancy—questions that increase or decrease life expectancy based on the answers. For instance, do you smoke? Do you exercise X-times per week? These questions can be followed by the variable already noted in the app—Non-smokers extend their lives by ten years, compared to smokers. If the user answered ‘yes’ to being a smoker, encourage them to extend their life by quitting now. If they answer ‘no’ congratulate them on making good choices and challenge them to encourage loved ones who smoke to quite so that their lives are extended. The app has a lot of potential if some time and thought is put into fixing bugs and expanding functionality and improving the UI.
