Hopeless
I got 8 of the lights. This thing doesn’t work. I am returning all of these. It’s a waste of time.
Easy set up
I just bought these bulbs and they work great! The setup up was pretty easy, my only suggestion would be to put the model number of the bulb/ device so I know I’m choosing the right selection for setup. I also wish that I could rearrange my home screen so that I can make sure my more commonly chosen “scenarios” as it is coined in the app to be the default option when I open the app. (Example I want my “coming home” option which turns all my lights on so I can see at night to be the first option but it is the last option because I set it up first and as I added new scenarios it pushed the first one, the most important one, to the last position so I have to scroll over to click it.) I realize that is a small thing to complain about, but that’s what would get you that 5th star ;)

Need a third-party account to operate
You must either make an account or submit your personal phone number to simply use/adjust a light bulb or other in home device that you purchased— inexcusable, on top of questionable security.
Working crazy
App use to work great when i first got it. now it’s acting crazy, won’t change light colors, google is understanding the commands, but the app is not following the commands of google.. so i have to do it manually on my phone
Crashing IOS 13
I am also unable to open this after the current update is there any guidance out there on how to fix this issue. I love this app just hope this gets fixed soon.

iOS 13 - FIXED!
The app was working great in the previous OS, now it crashes whenever I try to open it.
I’m hoping for an update soon because I’m unable to add new devices for now. I can control current devices through google home, but can’t get the scene modes.
This is such a disappointment as I just bought 11 new bulbs.

App was updated and once again works!!
I emailed support last week and received a response within a day that they were working to update the app. I recently received another email indicating the app was updated along with instructions to restart it.

Also crashing iOS 13
The app is pretty useful but it’s crashing immediately upon opening after the iOS 13 update. I wonder if/when the developers will provide a fix. I wonder why they didn’t anticipate this problem.

Ever since the new iPhone update (iOS 13) I cannot open the app at all. It just crashes. Please fix this ASAP.

You owe me the price of two bulbs if you can’t fix your app from crashing. Unacceptable. It’s been weeks and apple seeds developers beta builds so they can make sure their app works on updates. You are F******** LAZY!!!!
