WHAT IT DOES - Universal capture. Paste text from a confirmation email, a billing notice, a calendar invite, or a school flyer. Snap a quick photo of a paper bill or receipt; on-device OCR pulls out the words. - AI parse and classify. Life Inbox uses Apple's on-device Foundation Models framework on devices that support Apple Intelligence to extract title, vendor, due date, amount, urgency, and a suggested next action. On devices without Apple Intelligence the app uses a deterministic local rules engine that ships in the app. No cloud AI is contacted. - Action queue. Today, Upcoming, Waiting, Done. Per item: Remind me, Add to Calendar, Mark paid, Mark done, Snooze, Archive, Copy summary. - Daily Brief. A private, on-device summary: due today, upcoming deadlines, money owed, appointments, things you can ignore, risky items. - Subscription and bill detector. Spots recurring charges and renewal language so you stop paying for things you forgot. - Privacy-first. Everything stays on your iPhone in a local database. The app has no accounts, no cloud uploads, and no advertising. The only outbound traffic is anonymous, content-free product analytics that you can switch off in Settings.
