Life is REPS

The Life is REPS app is designed for clients of trainers who have enrolled in the Life is REPS program. The app will send push notifications and prompt clients to answer yes/no question in regards to comply with healthy habits sent by your coach. WHO CAN USE THE APP Clients can only use the app if they are working with a Life is REPS coach. If you are a Life is REPS client, please contact your coach to receive your invite and login credentials to be able to use this app. The Life is REPS app allows access to HealthKit, allowing clients to automatically pull in their activity and steps data from Apple Health to their app.
