Can’t book into a class any day. Really frustrating!

May I congratulate you on your friendly and very helpful staff at the Stockport Houldsworth mill life leisure. Fantastic and very helpful and I really enjoy going there and meeting the staff they are all a great asset to life leisure many thanks Norman ( badminton)
CANNOT BOOK!!
This app is RUBBISH! Clearly not made for iOS, it just doesn’t work. I select a club and it keeps telling me to select a club even though I have done. What a waste of time. Zero stars if I could!
Poor update
This was an excellent app which allowed me to book sessions easily. Since the last update I’m logged out all the time and when I log back in the sessions are difficult to find. How do I roll back to the previous version?

Useful but some issues
The app is useful in that it allows you to book sessions at the gym. It is quite inconsistent though. For example if you book a gym session, it will populate the appointment to your calendar. It won’t do this if you book a swim session.
The app also requires you to re-enter your details. Every time you make a booking which seems unnecessary and I’m sure could be easily fixed.
The app also has some issues with connecting to the main site with a number of buttons, needing to be pressed repeatedly for an action is taken.

Love Life Leisure but the App is AWFUL
So clunky. Doesn’t allow generalised search for swim/classes across the group. You have to search by each sports centre (annoying when you pay for a multi centre membership)
Crashes regularly
Shows availability but then doesn’t take you through to booking. Sometimes it works, but mostly doesn’t.

Staff
Reception staff are always polite and helpful. They work hard to keep the premises clean. The site offers an impressive range of classes and wide opening times for swimming and gym use. My children all had swimming lessons here and I came myself as child with my primary school.
This app is useless!!
So difficult to use and navigate through!! Needs a complete rethink, especially around the booking system.

Crashes when you try to read messages/notifications

The App automatically closes down as soon as the notifications are opened. I haven’t been able to read or access the new notifications sent recently

Registered my account. Expect to get confirmation email. No email in inbox or junk.

Crashes every time you try and book a gym sesh. Pointless is a compliment.

Beyond poor - clunky, repetitive & doesn’t even work
I had high hopes for this App, but that was quickly dashed. It is poorly designed and thought out.

There is a ‘make a booking’ link but for swimming it doesn’t actually let you select anything but “master swim” and guess what?… that doesn’t exist.
All in all a completely laughable and utterly useless app. Did they actually beta test it with members before launching?
