It‘s a beautiful game.
I can‘t describe how much of a great game this is.
Ever since I was a child I‘ve always loved animals, and I was obsessed with animal games.
I once downloaded this game thinking its just a silly game for only kids but that was far from the truth.
I‘ve recently redownloaded this game for nostalgia and omg theres so much i missed.
I had no idea what was going on in the end but now that I’m grown i know what happened.
I really recommend this game ESPECIALLY if you love animals themed games. The end really touched on my heart and looking at my screen. I saw the same screen as a child, but now a different understanding. There are no ads that interrupt you, it‘s just pure gameplay.
Even tho the grafics are a little goofy i think that‘s what makes the game so beautiful. It‘s not perfect, it‘s raw and beautiful.

The poetic nature of life of deer
This game is beautiful, it maybe janky at times, but it’s to be overlooked when you play the story, spoilers ahead but this game perfectly shows the stages of grief and how it can effect a creature, the horrors this deer goes through when it is but a cub, is heartbreaking, but its revenge ark is perfect, I never thought I would be into this so much, the scene where you have a dream about your parents is one of the most emotional moments in my gaming career and my favorite game is red dead 2, this has an ark that could compare to that, the deers need for strength and revenge is as realistic as it can get. The childhood whimsy to dark adulthood is one of the best switch’s I have ever scene and I will be replaying thank you for making this game.

It's actually a beautiful game at first, but it gets nasty quickly so I don't recommend this to really little kids. Also with the lion part sometimes I get stuck and there's no way to win so I have to uninstall and reinstall the game and start over. And In the first mission, you walk down the pretty flower road to get to your herd but mother deer is sooooooo slow and you can't run ahead because she stops walking if you get too far from her and then you can't finish the mission. So yeah.
There's other people playing the game and I can see them because on the map it shows a green star and the green stars are the players. But it's kind of frustrating because I can't talk to them or communicate with them in any way other than jumping.
I love this game over all. Even with all its flaws.

you die in the end. But at least you get your revenge, on the hyenas and humans... And then that big tiger kills you. I just wish it was a longer story. and maybe a happy ending instead of an anonymous one?

Life of deer is so sad. Ive played this same game over and over because of how nostalgic and heart warming it is to me. Is story is great. The deers life is truly amazing, seeing it go through all of this sadness and happiness truly brings tears to my eyes. The deer just wanted to be like his father. I’ve been reminiscing this game for years. When I was young, I did not fully understand how, or the meaning of the game. However now that I do—it really is amazing.

Every objective is just a long, drawn out “run here, now run there” with no challenging obstacles or anything interesting. It’s just constantly running around a bland, boring map (you’re lucky if you find a tree), following arrows until “mission complete” pops up on screen. It doesn’t feel like an actual game.
Also, the app freezes on a black screen after each objective.

at the end your deer says i closed my eyes for a moment after killing the tiger and your last memory was following ur mother and father through a field the end was very sad but it was fun at the start and got very sad at the end i wish he could kill all the humans before dieing
Actually the best game 1games ever created.
this is one of f the best games I’ve ever seen. I’ve beat it twice but one level extremely frustrated me like the level with where you have to escape the jaguars on the map that’s the the exact same compared to compy camp from Dino’s online

Ok it’s great the graphics and the end is so good and I love it but at the last chapter ( where u have to kill the tiger ) the notice that gives u the mission said “now I am going to see u” and I have played this game before but it was on my old iPad so idk if it’s a new thing but yea it’s great game

Make a sequel of his father and add jump and the ability to add your name and it is multiplayer my dad and I played this and he was on the same server as me I told him to jump and on my side he did the green stars are people and if your online you have to exit and get back on to go to next mission pls fix this bug.
