Excellent workouts
So happy I joined her 30 day kick start challenge. Workouts have been so manageable, rewarding, and well put together! The App is user friendly and I have had no issues! Likely will continue with LOTC after this challenge is done, it rocks!!!

These Life on The Court workouts are epic! I used to HATE working out and now I actually look forward to the sweat! I’m so much stronger, physically as well as mentally! Courtlyn has changed the way I feel about my body and made me fall in love with exercise! So awesome!!

Courtlyn has totally changed the way I workout and keeps me engaged with her motivation, energy and wide variety of classes! Whether you have 10 mins or 45 mins you will get a killer sweat in and above all feel AMAZING! The app is so user friendly- highly highly recommend!
