What a disappointment

There is no free content, even though it says free everything’s blocked they force you to go pro

Unable to log in even after subscription renewal.

It was okay until they updated the app. I no longer am unable to log in after several attempts of troubleshooting (uninstalling the app, resetting password, restarting, etc). I even renewed my subscription just to see if it would work but nothing changed. Reached out to CS for assistance since April 8, they promised to look into it and revert but still no luck until today.

Awesome until they blocked content

Was very helpful esp with the recipes but sadly, all contents are locked/blocked now unless you get a subscription.

Great app, when you pay for it.

Great app full of lots of info & resources. As long as you pay for the subscription. No subscription the app it pretty much useless & can’t view anything.

Was awesome until they locked content

There has always been enhanced “pro” content available with a subscription, but they also had a lot of great free resources such as product education. I referenced it often to learn about products I hadn’t tried yet to decide if I should add them to my next monthly order. I’m a YL brand partner but not actively building a business. I’ve been a loyal customer placing monthly orders for years, so it’s really frustrating that now the “free” content is blocked. I hope this was a mistake and if they change the app back to how it was, I’ll gladly remove or change my review. But I don’t understand the rationale to charge a loyal customer for content that is free to infrequent or non-customers.

Best. App. Ever!

If you are using any Young Living products, you need this app. Monthly newsletter. Diffuser recipes. Graphics and resources for Brand Partners. Seriously. Download the app and explore it. It is AMAZING!!

Overpriced

Just another YL overpriced business tool. Seems the free stuff is no longer available either.

Management of subscription

Tells me to manage or cancel my subscription in the App Store but when I go to the App Store there is no place to see my subscription information. This part of the app is SUPER CONFUSING!!!

I don’t understand why y’all don’t have a manage page in the app itself.

Other than wanting to see when my subscription renews abs look at my information which is next to impossible, the app is great but I can’t give it more than one star

Please fix the issue and make it user friendly

Thank you

And my nick name is oilybird but you say it’s taken as is my real name

So I don’t have a sign off

Endless resources

Love this app so much. I can’t even imagine the work that goes into creating so much easily accessible content. Work smarter not harder—this app saves me so much time!

Error message for image download on pro

Ever since the update I am unable to download images and I pay for the pro version… it’s disappointing. I get an error message every time.

Need to be able to rotate

NOT user friendly. Opening the app and it won’t rotate to be upright to my view, but forces me to rotate my window to match its forced layout. Not at all friendly. UGH!!!!!!!!!
