Great app for mtg
Love this app. This is the best life counter I’ve found for magic the gathering. You can change everyone’s starting life total on the fly. You can change the color of your life counter to represent the color of your deck. I like the roll feature because it makes it easier to decide who goes first in the turn order. I’ve been using this app for years so i paid to get rid of the adds for $5. The adds aren’t even that bad because its a small banner at the bottom of the screen. I’d recommend it to anyone

Life total review
This is a great app, it has really helped me, but it is missing many counters. I believe that doing that allowing you to add life in tens, this would be an app with hundreds of five star ratings.
Pop up adds
The app used to be great. Now it has pop up adds that are loud and just loop until you tap a microscopic x just for another add to pop up 5 minutes later.
Works but missing main feature
App works great for counting main life however for commander it’s missing the commander damage counter. Other apps have the ability to have 40 health then the 20 under it but this app does not. Have to knock it hard for missing something needed and so simple to add to the app.
Was good, ruined by ads
It used to only have unobtrusive banner ads on the bottom of the screen, which was great, but recently it’s been having pop up full screen ads. These prevent you from interacting with the life totals while open so they are super annoying. Also I’ve gotten a few that open in my browser and try to download an app, which is super sketchy. Give this one a skip.

No commander counters
The app is good, but there’s no option to track commander damage, which makes it harder to keep control during multiplayer games.

Good app for tracking except for scammy ads
While playing, it will randomly open SHEIN ads, temu ads, scam popups etc. Great app but definitely uninstalling after that happened.

I liked it better when it had sound
When the app had sound it felt more lively and more fun but now it’s just a blank slate with no life in it. If you could have a slide button on it that would turn on or off the sounds that would be amazing. Please consider this.

A fully offline app that is nothing more than a simple two button counter really doesn’t need to have popup ads that have the fake you were hacked message

I thought the message saying I got hacked was just a common thing to just make you scared and you need to comply.
However, I got a message from my Xfinity app that I got suspicious activity when I get the “you are hacked” message. I didn’t want to take the risk anymore. Don’t download it.

Noticed if I left it idle for a while it would open a link to a website that scams users this could wreck your phone or worse if clicking to change life total
Adware
I used this app for many years. It has recently started opening malicious websites probably through the ad at the bottom of the screen, without me touching the screen. One time my entire play group witnessed it. There are other apps out there without ads for free that won’t allow malicious attackers to mine bitcoin on your phone through neglect.
