Account disappeared
I played this game for years, switched to every note and then. I finally came back to play and my account isn’t able to be logged into. All of my alt accounts exist and I can see my main character on the friends list but I have no way to log in? I tried to get help but I’m not surprised they never helped me or emailed me back. I put so much time and money in my main character and for what:(

Honestly I love this but extraction permits limit what u gather leading to a general stagnant period where u just can’t really play and that is so annoying because I would assume you want people playing right?

I’ll keep it short, but like everyone else the game used to be good, but it’s littered with in game purchases that are super expensive. I’ve also went to free up space on my phone and holy cow!!!! 32+ GB no way!!! It’s probably all of the extra junk that’s been added! I really enjoyed the game before all of the weird updates so I ended up deleting it it’s too bad!!!

My controller not working on game
Too much Storage space of use,my iphone overheated too much, game kicks me out.
The game is to laggy and glitchy, too much storage is used that it almost exploded my phone from overheating and it made my phone unresponsive. Had to delete the app. The game randomly kicks me out and it doesn’t allow me back in game. and it will say network issue when i have stronge network! Pls make the game less storage space like before because there are other people complaining about the storage space that is too much to download everything.

Waste of time
Game is littered with micro transactions. 20% of the game is just a barbie dress up simulator, it’s over complicated in almost every single aspect for no reason, me and my girlfriend spent over 5 hours trying to share a manor having to bypass abunch of different barriers we have to do. Tutorial is like 2 hours, we had to research dozens of things to finally be able to live in the same manor and even then there was so many problems like me not being able to give my girlfriend basic things like recourses, or barriers like her only getting 20% of a recourse. It was just stupid as a whole, the games ui is also just horrendous and not necessary. There is about like 50 buttons all over the screen and 90% of them u never use and are just useless stuff no one asked for. And the 10% that actually matters is either small or hidden in another option u have to click. And the only way you’ll get to a high level realistically is buy buying dozens of their micro transactions, and if u don’t you’d prob have to spend dozens of hours everyday grinding for weeks or months like a bum which nobody has the time for just get to a semi decent level.
