Saved my marriage
This program allowed me to get back to normal drinking without much willpower which is where I always failed previously. The app helped me keep track of the doses so it worked properly and I didn’t get cravings. The community is great filled with great stories and support from people like me.
Designed to fail
I start the program a week ago and so far I’ve had daily issues with the app and web site. Most of the time I can’t access the community forum and most days it’s showing that I don’t have a medication plan. Customer service takes a long time to respond and I’ve missed medication times due to the app not working and lag time from customer service.

Really bad UX - app and website
I like the idea, but they should have spent some of those monthly fees on user experience. The app just redirects to the website which tells you to use the app - even after entering the 2FA passcode. This continues to cycle, so I have not been able to use the app. I will give it a month or two to see if there is value, but thus far the additional ‘services’, seem to be an effort to test patience. The UI on both the app and website are similar to a web/app design 101 project. Really poor.

Great Idea but...
Great idea but $99/month and the app is so bad and frustrating. Almost made me need a drink
Does not accurately track drinks or goals
I paid for this service, the online doc consult and Rx only to find out that the app does not ‘save’ my daily drinking goals or accurately track my progress. For Example: I enter a daily goal of 3 drinks per day maximum and hit save...then when I go to enter 1 drink it says I am over my goal and didn’t save the goals I just entered.
Also, there is no community support forum or way to communicate with other users which is one of the main reasons I signed up- the ability to connect with other people trying to moderate their drinking.
I’m willing to give this a try, but so far I’m not impressed with the lack of community and lack of accurate tracking features on the app.
