IT DOESNT WORK HASNT BEEN UPDATED IN 6 years
I literally can’t do anything I can’t get a code I can’t sign in and when I contact support they tell me they don’t have access to accounts like okay cool I would just like to make it past the set up part I had an account and then got a new phone and have never been able to get back into my account or make a new one

Logging in
I think logging in should be a bit more easier. I have had this app before and after a few years of not using it, and getting new phones it has forgotten me, and not getting back into the app it has been so hard to do. Also I put my phone number in for it to send me a 6 digit code and the code I never receive, I have tried so many times.

Can’t even create an account
I have input my phone number every way it could possibly be written and it won’t send me the code. Now it just tells me it isn’t a valid phone number.

Can’t sign up, I’ve tried two mobile numbers from 2 countries, no code is ever sent to create an account. Used the report/help option to send 2 tickets, no replies after weeks.

Broken from the start
I open the app. It asks for my phone number and it sends a verification code. I don’t receive that code. I’ve tried contacting them to no response.
App does not work
The app does not work properly. It ask the phone number to send the code. After entering my phone number I didn’t receive any verification code. It looks like scam to collect personal data.
Not recognizing outside steps
I’ve been walking so much more with a change of job location, however several days the app is not recognizing my outdoor steps. I walked over 22,000 steps in Friday (including 3 1/2 hours supervising a football game walking through the stands all OUTSIDE) earned around .47 cents 14,000 steps today, the app hasn’t awarded me even one cent…..

At the start where it says to activate motion and fitness I click it and then it keeps on asking me to activate it again…
Didn’t work
I couldn’t get past getting my phone number, it asked me to add a + before my number witch I did. I told me it sent the code, it didn’t. I tried my number without the +, it told me it sent the code. It didn’t, just doesn’t work right.

Is the app dead?
I’ve been using this for a while, and I haven’t seen any update on the rewards. Everything’s outdated - including the Apple iPhone 11 that still seems to be on stock
Unable to sign up
I have tried to sign up for this app several times over the past few months, but never receive the code they promise to send by phone. Their support is non-existent.
Terrible rewards and the good ones are never available
I’ve had app for over 15 years and the rewards are always out of stock and not available. Or it’s literately just junk rewards no one would ever want
