Cafeteria, housekeeping, ect. Donāt have company emails. We have no way to access half of the things posted

When using the app we are told to use our work sign in, not everyone has an email addrsss which poses the problem when on the app you have to sign in again to read any information and canāt do so because it sends the one time code to your āemail addressā that you donāt have.
