Not for me.

This app seemed promising, but was disappointing. It was not intuitive and my partner never really got the hang of it. For the system to work well, I think you need to truly buy into all of the exercises and readings and commit to invest a great deal of screen time. Thought it would help with some relationship issues. There was some contact and support for the first week or so and then it was as if we were ghosted. Began seeing a licensed therapist weekly and received much better care. Would not recommend this app.
