What's New in LifeEvents Pro
1.7
September 16, 2026
LifeEvents Pro 1.7 introduces optional event end times, All/Events/Reminders filtering, calendar and event-list interface improvements, and optional AI-assisted interpretation for voice-created reminders. LifeEvents first interprets voice requests locally. If a request cannot be interpreted confidently and external AI assistance would be used, the app displays a first-use consent dialog before transmitting any information. If the user chooses Cancel, the request is not transmitted. If the user chooses Continue, only the spoken request text, current date/time, and time zone may be sent securely for interpretation. The request contains no account identifier or other identifier intended to identify the user. The user can subsequently enable or disable AI-assisted interpretation under Preferences. The app’s privacy policy has been updated to explain this behavior. No account or sign-in is required. To test the AI-assisted interpretation and first-use consent flow, ensure AI-assisted interpretation has not previously been enabled, then invoke LifeEvents voice capture and say: “Talk to Peter five days after Thanksgiving at 8 PM.” This relative-date request is not resolved by the local parser and invokes the AI-assisted fallback. Before the request is sent, LifeEvents displays the consent dialog. Select Continue to allow AI-assisted interpretation or Cancel to prevent transmission.
