I can login to my account on the web but not on this App. I’ll just delete it.

So what happened to the old app? When I tried to sign in the app says Welcome Back, but won’t let me sign in. Tried to reset password and I can’t get them to send me the link. Hard to make an appointment online if I can’t sign in. Terrible App!!

This app is horrible, it’s only for the British . It won’t go to any Canada life labs to make appointments. I want the old app back.

Lifelab app

What a poor excuse for a health app. Most times doesn’t work. When asked for verification you get a question that has nothing to do with your answers, when asked for verify to be shut off doesn’t work. The whole system with this company is a mess, to say the least. Unfortunately when it’s all you have you just have to grit your teeth and keep trying.

Not Canadian?

I installed this app, thinking that it was a way for me to get my lab test results quickly from Lifelab here in Toronto, Canada. However, from looking at it, it appears to be for Great Britain only, and only for allergy testing, which they are trying to sell using the app. Why is this in the Canadian App Store?
