Delivery of Food is more than their maximum delivery timeframe. More than 80mins
I’m giving 3 stars because even they deliver the food for free it will take 3hrs before it arrives regardless if you book in advance. According to them they are already working on it and hopefully will resolve this issue immediately

It's absolutely horrible. The courier takes 2-3 hours to bring the order. Money wasted. Nerves lost for nothing. The worst service

Nice home-like meals for affordable price
Nice assortment, a lot of Russian dishes we love. Delivery takes time, hopes they will open more locations in Dubai

Don’t order meal at them. The caviar was delivered in the open jar. No certificate.

Wrong building captured
I wanna type my building however app didn't allow me to do so, and I had to select the next nearest building that was available to choose. Kindly fix it so user can type manually the building name
The worst delivery ever
1. I was waiting for much MUCH longer, than they promised. After their time was up, they started to show me notification: “your courier is rushing to you”. Then it changed to notification: “Done”. But it wasn’t. After that I was waiting more then an hour again. So it took more two hours in general.
2. Support team doesn’t work. What’s up: still no answer. Phone calls: they ignored me for several times, then they answered with “your courier is in your building, wait for 10 more minutes”. After this 10 minutes they just stop answering again.
3. The courier was keep saying that he is nearby, but when he sent me a picture of his location, I saw that he wasn’t even close. Then it’s nearly 30 minutes of explaining him my location, sending google maps and etc.
4. I wanted to order Ayran, but the app offered me it’s for free, because it’s my first order. I agreed. And guess what? They just forgot about it, no Ayran it my package.
5. Of course the food was cold considering delayed delivery. But I wish I could send here a photo of my lasagna. I was in shock, when I opened it. Disgusting.
6. The taste of food: not good, not bad, not okay. It wasn’t worth it at all.

They always pour less than the grams you order. They can not deliver the order at all and ignore the request for a refund. I do not recommend, customer focus is 0

Было бы хорошо увидеть оплату рублями или же картой Union pay. Я понимаю что Жизньмарт хочет выйти на рынок ОАЭ, но, ваша реклама и клиентоориентированность направленна на русско язычную аудиторию. Большинство в этой стране туристы , многие видят привычный Жизньмарт , но не имеют возможности оплатить заказы. Теряете деньги:)

User friendly interface
As a Designer, I appreciated the interface design! it is very clean, without unnecessary noise, and highly customer-oriented. Bravo!
very bad delivery
it’s very hard to order here, because the delivery takes at least 80 min. But in reality it much much longer. Plus, the couriers are from another delivery company and they sometimes ask you to pay for the order that is already paid. Kindly, work on your logistics.
