Mala atención al cliente no solucionan no saben no aparecen
Si necesitan un seguro pase derecho este no le sirve la atención al cliente es perversa y la agente Alle no te ayuda en nada

Me ha enviado ya el correo confirmación dos veces, ambas lo he confirmado y no pasa nada.
Tratándose de un programa que me debería dar seguridad es un muy mal comienzo.

I only chose one star because there was no zero star rating
I, as others have commented, can confirm that this app is terrible. I have signed up with my email, and done everything ONLY on my phone. I clicked the email link, which took me to the "switch application" confirmation, and I entered into the app. Well, wouldn't you know, it does NOT work. I guess it is my fault that two of us have bought this plan, using the same email address, and now it is trying to register the other person, not ME who is trying to make the claim. FAIL!!!!

En realidad no se sabe cual es la protección que brinda el programa MilesCare. Nunca enviaron las condiciones, la App no sirve ni para registrarse y no hay un canal de comunicación donde alguien responda, el chat es una máquina que no ayuda

No deja ni siquiera activar. Y no responden los mensajes en la plataforma de ayuda
Unnecessarily complicated
I hated that the only way to create the account was opening the mail from the phone, I had my computer by my side trying to navigate to the provided activation link and crashed because the url was malformed. I was about to give up until I tried to open the mail from my phone and the app took care of the activation link, but after that it asked me to enter the password in the chat box, that was so cringe. I don’t like this app, and probably I’ll never buy another travel protection from Avianca after this, turns out that my 30 day travel only was protected for 24 hours after my departure… Simply the worst service ever.

La descargué, luego confirmo el correo electrónico como me indica “allá” y no pasa nada supuestamente no me aparece nada para crear la tal contraseña… viajo mañana a Nueva York y estás son las horas que no se que asistencia de viaje tengo… elevaré mi queja a LifeMiles.

I cant get past the registration. Email is being sent and Im confirming but the app itself doesnt move.
This app is terrible
The first few times I tried to register it crashed. Once I finally managed to get my account, you can’t actually get any PDF or something reasonable to print to prove you have coverage. All it gives you is a “certificate” in a chat bubble that you can’t save. The chat feature with “alle” is cute but it’s literally all there is. Make a real app. Let me use your web site from a computer. Give me something to print to prove I have coverage!

After downloading it doesnt work. Registrarion takes hours even with support by whatsapp.

The app simply won’t work. Either it freezes in a video that never play or make you have to register without ever getting the confirmation email.
