The app is as bad as they say
Was bought as a gift and I couldn’t even get the app to connect or see a button to reset Bluetooth :/

I’ve been using life print for years and I feared the app was fully broken when it was making me create an account and then not allowing me to create one?? Very strange! However thank you for fixing it I’m very grateful, I will remain a loyal customer.

Im not able to use my printer since its useless without the app. Fix the app it’s been too long
Bad printer
I’ve been using this printer for a few months now and all of a sudden the apps stopped working and it won’t let me log in or create a new account so I’m stuck with what to do as this is expensive and I don’t want to waste it
Unable to connect to account
Was not able to connect to account. States there is an error. At that point it’s waste of money.
Cannot login to a NEEDED app
It’s been weeks and the login issue hasn’t been fixed I have photos I wanna print but NEED this app to do so and I can’t even use it
Basically . . . a paperweight
To use the printer at all the app has to connect to a cloud service which also requires you to register an account. Unfortunately, as many others have reported, the app is unable to connect to the cloud service essentially rendering the device inoperable. Customer support is nonexistent with email support requests unanswered. I would definitely pass on this frustrating experience.

Lifeprint app
Printer and app use to work perfectly before the new update and just recently I keep getting the same message "request failed please try again" I reset the printer, deleted the app, deleted it from my Bluetooth account to start from scratch and still get the same error message. I even tried to sign up for a new account and I can't get past the user agreement without an error message. Please fix this issue! As I'm seeing other people are having the same experience

App doesn’t Work - can’t connect to server multiple devices
Literally doesn’t work, useless app and can’t login or create a new account it returns a server error every time on different devices and WiFi on or off. Authenticates Apple and then loops to login screen and same with Facebook or creating new login. A broken app for a paid product, seems like a bait and switch

I haven’t been able to login for a few weeks and have contacted customer service. They have given a generic answer of they are working on it/don’t have a timeline. I cannot use the printer without the app, so I have useless piece of tech.
Printer connecting to server
It is frustrating because I have the hardware and it was working fine, but it looks like the company is not keeping up the server so printer cannot connect. Not cool.
Login
I have been unable to login. It keeps saying request failed. I have tried creating a new username and that is also not working. I have had so many issues with logging in since I bought this product. The printer itself is great. But the app portion is very very frustrating. And I’m unable to use the printer without logging into the app.

Bought this from a View Your Deal
Seemed liked a really great idea, I was already looking for Polaroid film. So I decided to upgrade my photo game. Beware:they make you sign up for some silly social media app just to print. Plus, you print one photo, and it takes forever (still waiting 30 mins in), to recharge to print another. Might return.

Can never connect to sever what’s going on
Issue with cloud service not fixed
The app is the issue! I’m seeing other users saying they are getting the same error message about being unable to connect to the cloud server. One comment was posted back in January and it’s still not fixed! The printer is going back. If they’re not already out of business, they will be soon.
Login Issues
Very frustrated that the app will not let me login. I’ve read through other reviews and it seems like this is a reoccurring problem that has not been fixed. Without the app, the printer is useless. This issue needs to be prioritized. I’ve greatly enjoyed using my printer & the app and am disappointed that things have not been resolved after weeks.

Does not work
App doesn’t work anymore and there does not seem to be any support available. When I go to support section of their website it says the support page no longer exists. Please fix asap because I cannot use my life printer without the app.
Won’t get back to me
The app won’t let me log in it just says error. I sent a help request but never heard back. I bought a special reading journal that has spaces for me to print copies of my book covers with this printer and now I can’t fill out my journal as intended because I can’t log in to print. Is this ever going to be fixed?!?! It’s been weeks!!!
